Once you have appointed us as your Architects, we may need to request additional personal data from you in order to deliver the agreed services. Third Party Consultants/Contractors
As part of the design and construction of your building project, we will likely have to work alongside other consultants and contractors such as land surveyors, planning consultants, engineers, ecologists, quantity surveyors, landscape architects, building contractors and their sub-contractors.
The number of different third party consultants/contractors will vary depending on the scale, location and complexity of the work as well as the extent of our own appointment. For example, are we appointed to prepare a simple planning application, or have you asked us to coordinate the detailed design and tendering of your project and inspect the works on site.
We will always obtain your permission before contacting third party consultants/contractors on your behalf, and will only share with them the information necessary for the proper completion their work.

We use Microsoft Office 365 for our cloud based email. Our document storage for project and company files is also cloud based on Microsoft SharePoint. Using the cloud rather than local storage allows us to take advantage of the security and privacy features that come with the Office 365 platform.
